My journey started as a Venture Scout, which lasted 7 awesome years! As a Venture Scout, I completed the highest award, The Summit Award! As part of earning this award I created rabbit habitats and then placed name plates throughout the Camp Friend area for various trees, vines, etc! I have a passion to help people and a love for nature. My dad is the treasurer for the board, which is how I found out about this wonderful opportunity to become part of this. An opportunity to see the youth be able to grow in an environment like Camp Friend is exciting. I can't wait to be part of what the future holds.
